FARM CLUB 2022-23

It is a newly formed club of 2023 under govt direction with the objective of inculcating an interest in farm activities particularly vegetable cultivation and income generation. Different vegetables, plantain and tapioca were cultivated despite constraints of space and scarcity of water.

Farm club was formed in Government College Nedumangad on June 1st 2022 in a meeting held at seminar hall under the Principal Dr.Joy.V.S. Dr.Reshmy.V.K was elected as the coordinator in the meeting. The future activities of the farm club was decided in a meeting held on 3rd June at Principal Chamber in the presence of Principal, NCC coordinator, Bhumithrasena coordinator and women cell coordinator. The meeting decided to start a committee with interested students and office assistant Rajesh for further activities. A bank account in connection with farm club activities was decided to start for future activities and needs of the club.
